August 13, 2013"In Ghana, a ground breaking ceremony was held for a bio-larvicide factory in Savelugu. The factory is expected to cost approximately $35 million, and will be used to eradicate mosquitoes that cause malaria. The factory will also produce biopesticides and biofertilizers. The facility is the product of a collaboration including that Ghanaian Government, the Economic Community of West African States, and the governments of Venezuela and Cuba." Biofuelsdigest.com
